Your rental contract
In the confirmation email you will receive, a rental contract will be attached. It must be completed and signed and returned to us within 8 days. That’s how we book your holidays!
Payment of deposit:
Pay by bank transfer or cheque
In the rental contract, you will find our bank details and our address for sending us the deposit (30%) within 8 days to confirm your booking.
You have already paid by credit card
As soon as we have accepted your booking (within 24 hours), the amount of your deposit will be debited from your account.
10 days before
Payment of the balance
A reminder will be sent to you for payment of the balance (see Article 8 of our rental contract) and we will organise your arrival as soon as we receive it.
Payment by cheque or bank transfer
Use the bank details on your rental contract to send us the outstanding balance.
You pay by credit card
A “credit card” payment link will be sent to you by email with the amount of the balance to be paid.
D-Day
Your arrival
We’ll give you a presentation of the property during our joint inspection. A set of keys will be provided, along with any other items you may need.
A deposit of €1,500 is required:
(see Article 9 of our rental contract)
- By cheque to be returned on arrival with the keys. It will be returned to you after you have checked out.
- By bank transfer at least 3 days before your arrival (the transfer must be visible in our account on the day of arrival).
